Shipping Destinations
We currently ship worldwide. However, delivery availability may vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates: United States 7–14 business days, Europe 8–16 business days, and Rest of the World 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
United States: free shipping on orders of $300+ (otherwise $6.99). Europe: free shipping on orders of $350+ (otherwise $12.99). Rest of the World: free shipping on orders of $380+ (otherwise $25).
Import Duties, Taxes & Fees
Orders delivered within the United States will not incur additional import duties or customs fees. For other destinations, any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Changes & Cancellation
For security reasons, we can’t change the shipping address after checkout. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund if they haven’t shipped.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email tracking details from [email protected]. Tracking updates may take time to appear and can be delayed depending on carrier scanning and destination processing.
Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and clean. Please email us first for return authorization and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is confirmed defective, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees and any customs, duties, or handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Payments (Stripe & PayPal)
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card number or bank credentials on our servers.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to provide our Services (orders, support, and improvements). We do not sell personal information. You can contact us to access, correct, or delete your data where applicable.
