Shipping Policy

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within
1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship worldwide. However, delivery availability may vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
If a product cannot be shipped to your selected destination due to restrictions, it will not be available for purchase.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free shipping on orders of $300 USD or more.
  • Orders below $300 USD: $6.99 USD shipping fee.

Europe

  • Free shipping on orders of $350 USD or more.
  • Orders below $350 USD: $12.99 USD shipping fee.

Rest of the World

  • Free shipping on orders of $380 USD or more.
  • Orders below $380 USD: $25.00USD shipping fee.

Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment. Most orders are processed within
1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer, but we will do our best to
ship your order as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary based on carrier operations, destination, weather, and other factors.
The following estimates are provided as a general guide and are not guaranteed.

  • United States: approximately 7–14 business days after shipment.
  • Europe: approximately 8–16 business days after shipment.
  • Rest of the World: approximately 10-20 business days after shipment.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees

For orders delivered within the United States, no additional import duties or customs fees will apply. For orders shipped to other destinations, any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Address Changes

For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Order Cancellation

If your order is placed within 48 hours and has not yet shipped, you may cancel for a
full refund with no cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take time to appear and can be delayed depending on carrier scanning and destination processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal restrictions in certain areas, we may not be able to ship all products to all destinations.
As we add new products and as local laws change, shipping eligibility may be updated.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery
resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If your package is returned to us due to an address issue,
additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
